was buzy throwing rubbish , as my old hus selling out le
it is damn tired as my old hus was at 4th floor n it without lift.
today my birthday present is here * boxing time *
as i love muay thai alot :)

- 1. Bench leg lifts , 2 set
- 2. Pull ups , 2 set
- 3. Squats , 3 set
- 4. standing mulitary press , 3 set
- 5. beach press , 3 set
- 6. lawnmowers , 3 set
- 7. dumbell curls , 2 set
- 8. calf raises , 4 set
